PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

To perform the overall operations within the department by implementing the required standards and provide excellent customer service for the profitability of the store.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Collect stock from cold-rooms and pack on shelves according to set standards.
• Rotate stock continuously and according to FIFO principles.
• Check the price range register and place the correct pricing stickers on the products.
• Provide a speedy and effective service to customers by assisting with queries on stock and use of the products.
• Prepare and timeously present all specialties and display in an attractive manner.
• Prepare and attend to stock takes as scheduled.
• Maintain company standards and ensure that policies and procedures are adhered to.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:

• National Senior Level Certificate.
• 1-to-2-years retail experience.
