PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

To provide customer service by packing all customers’ purchased products speedily and assisting at the frontline in order to enhance customer satisfaction..

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Pack all customers’ goods separately, according to the different categories i.e. cleaning material/foods consumable/perishables etc.
• Avail trolleys and baskets at the store entrance for customer convenience, by collecting trollies.
• Clean trolleys and baskets on a regular basis.
• Provide friendly customer service at all times.
• Attend to handling customer queries.
• Get correct prices for items which are not priced or do not scan correctly at the till point.
• Assure that back shopping is carried out in a correct manner and timeously.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:

• National Senior Level Certificate.

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

• Good interpersonal skills..
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Must be customer orientated.
