O'LAVI, one of Namibia’s finest and healthiest mineral water brands, is looking for a motivated and ambitious Full-Time Sales Representative to help expand our presence across the Erongo, Otjozondjupa, and Khomas regions.

As a fast-growing startup, O'LAVI is building a strong national footprint with operations in Swakopmund, Windhoek, Otavi, and Ongwediva. We are looking for someone who wants to grow together with our company and become part of an exciting success story

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify sales opportunities and grow market presence.
• Conduct regular customer visits across assigned regions.
• Present and promote the O'LAVI brand and product range.
• Achieve agreed sales targets.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
• Gather market intelligence and customer feedback.

Candidate Requirements:

• Fluent in English (essential).
• German language skills will be a strong advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and outstanding manners.
• Confident and comfortable engaging with people from all backgrounds.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Previous sales experience is advantageous but not essential.
