Job Description:

• Provide general on-site IT support to customers, including remote support when required.
• Install, maintain, and support desktop peripherals, hardware, and software.
• Install, maintain, and support Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) infrastructure.
• Monitor, record, and respond to incidents and system failures in line with SLA requirements.
• Support customer staff with internal IT-related requests.
• Create and maintain installation documentation, system diagrams, procedures, and user guides.
• Assist with monthly SLA reporting and attend customer meetings.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Perform additional ad-hoc duties in line with company procedures and operational requirements.

Opportunity Requirements

General Requirements

• Grade 12 certificate.
• Namibian citizenship.
• Fluent bilingual communication in English and Afrikaans.
• Valid driver’s license.

Certifications

• CompTIA A+
• CompTIA N+
• MS-900 Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
• MD-102 Microsoft Endpoint Administrator Associate

Experience

• Minimum 3 years’ IT experience in End-User Desktop and Peripheral Support.
• Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 tenant administration.

Added Advantages / Special Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese will be an added advantage.
• Any other relevant certifications or qualifications will be beneficial.
