PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

To contribute to the financial health of the organization by ensuring that financial data is accurate, budgets are monitored, and management has the tools needed to make sound financial decisions

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to help management make informed decisions.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas of improvement.
• Monitor expenses and ensure they align with budgets and company policies.
• Provide support for cost analysis and efficiency improvements.
• Assist with the interim and annual budgeting processes for Hangana.
• Assist with Product Profitability Analysis (MSCI).
• Monitor, report, and advise on all major discrepancies.

Minimum Qualification & Experience Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in management accounting or related disciplines
• Added advantage - CIMA membership .
• 2 years Management/ cost accounting experience in manufacturing company will be an added advantage .
