Job Overview

• Oversee daily driver operations, client coordination, workforce planning, and operational reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily driver and operator placements.
• Manage attendance, shift scheduling, and replacements.
• Coordinate with clients, drivers, and management.
• Monitor performance, punctuality, and discipline.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and client procedures.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Handle incidents, complaints, and operational changes promptly.
• Support workforce planning and general operations management.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.
• Qualification in Logistics, Transport Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
• 2–3 years’ relevant experience in operations, transport, logistics, or staff supervision.
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Own reliable transportation is required.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond to operational demands.
• Must be trustworthy, disciplined, and professional.
