Key Responsibilities:

• anaging shift rotations, operational logistics, and workforce deployments across client sites.
• pervising daily clockin/out of employees using our in-house Time & Payroll Management System.
• g with internal HR to ensure compliance with labour laws, staff attendance, and incident reporting.
• Acting as the main point of contact for onsite operational needs and maintaining client satisfaction.
• Ensuring effective shift coverage, staff availability, and performance monitoring.
• Supporting strategic business growth and operational improvements across departments.

• Minimum 1 year proven experience in an Operations Manager or similar supervisory role.
• Own reliable transport and valid driver’s license (travel required within Walvis Bay).
• Valid driver 's license with relevant endorsements for operating heavy machinery.
• A working understanding of basic HR processes (e.g., recruitment, compliance, shift planning).
