Purpose of the Position:

The Business Development Consultant will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and securing new clients, expanding market opportunities, developing strategic partnerships and increasing sales of uniforms, scrubs, workwear and related products.

The role will involve client visits, presentations, proposal development, negotiations and networking, while strengthening customer relationships, developing marketing initiatives, securing recurring and retainer-based business and guiding the sales team to achieve sustainable revenue growth.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS

• A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Commerce, Communications or a related field.
• 3–5 years' experience in business development, sales, marketing, client relationship management or a related commercial role.
• Proven experience in business development, client acquisition and revenue generation.
• Strong knowledge of sales and general marketing principles, including digital marketing, social media, lead generation and brand promotion.
• Demonstrated ability to identify prospects, secure appointments, conduct client presentations, prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate and close deals.
• Experience in developing long-term client relationships, repeat business and retainer/supply agreements will be highly advantageous.
