About the role

Are you fluent in German (C1) and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? Join our remote team and support passengers with bookings, enquiries, and after-sales assistance. This role is remote but requires a stable home fibre connection and availability to work shifts.


Key responsibilities:

  • Assist passengers with enquiries and bookings
  • Manage flight bookings and re-bookings efficiently
  • Provide direct sales and after-sale support
  • Maintain high-quality customer service standards

Requirements:

  • German: C1 proficiency; fluent in English
  • Grade 11 (new curriculum) or Grade 12 certificate
  • Customer service experience
  • Home office with stable ground fibre internet (min. 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload)
  • Namibian citizen, permanent resident, or domicile resident
  • Willingness to work shifts

Salary

N$26,500.00 CTC
