ABOUT THE COMPANY:

BE is a Windhoek wellness collective built around a simple idea: people heal, grow, and belong best when the people around them are looked after too, and that includes our own team.

Under one roof, we bring together clinical and educational psychology, psychiatry, clinical psychology and gynaecology, alongside Be.Billing, our medical billing service.

Behind every session, every appointment and every claim that gets paid on time, there's a Practice Manager holding it all together. We're looking for ours.

THE ROLE:

As Practice Manager, you'll run the day-to-day of a multi-disciplinary practice, balancing the needs of practitioners, patients and medical aids without dropping a beat.

You'll lead our receptionists and billing clerk, keep our systems and schedules running smoothly, and be the calm, capable presence our team and clients can count on.

• Keep daily operations running smoothly, from the front desk through to billing.
• Understand how practitioners, patients and medical aids fit together, and manage the dynamics between them.
• Lead and support the receptionists and billing clerk.
• Report to the Operations Manager and help turn strategy into everyday practice.
• Bring an analytical eye to processes and numbers, and aren't afraid to improve on what's already there.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Qualifications & Experience

• A relevant Office Administration qualification.
• A valid driver's license.
• At least 3 years' experience in office management or advanced administration, ideally within a multi-disciplinary, medical, or professional services environment.

Skills & Knowledge

• Confident in Microsoft Excel, billing software and Google Drive, and quick to pick up new platforms.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication in English and Afrikaans.
• A steady hand with shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment, without losing the details.
• Practical, out-of-the-box problem-solving, and comfort adapting when conditions change.
• Sound judgement and the confidence to make decisions under pressure.
