Job Description:

To ensure business value through the optimal integration of policies, processes, people and technology by proactively analysing, researching, designing, and implementing efficient and effective business process solutions to achieve our business objectives.

Are you someone who can:

• Maintain exceptional service that meets customers’ expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions.
• Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SMEs, project managers, and senior staff members.
• Design and enhance business processes to ensure optimal resource utilization and operational efficiencies, aligned with business strategies.
• Include governance considerations in process reviews with respect to legislative, audit requirements, and internal policies.
• Investigate and analyze opportunities, develop them into business cases focused on efficiency, cost savings, quality, or customer experience, and present these cases to stakeholders for project prioritization.
• Perform root cause analysis where process breakdowns occur and develop countermeasures.
• Identify key metrics for measurement after process enhancements are implemented and report on the results.
• Participate and contribute to a development culture where information regarding successes, issues, trends, and ideas are actively shared.

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, Metallurgy) or Informatics.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar environment, of which 2 to 3 years is at a senior specialist level.
• Relevant industry certifications will be an added advantage.
