Job Description:

To drive growth in Transactional Banking by increasing product penetration and cross-selling within targeted business sectors and focusing on client relationships.

Are you someone who can:

• Lead and manage the transactional sales pipeline and oversee deal execution.
• Prepare and deliver Request for Proposals (RFPs), client pitches, and sales presentations.
• Drive growth in payments, reconciliation, collections, and liquidity management revenue.
• Analyse sector trends, competitor insights, and client performance to identify new opportunities.
• Enhance client experience by delivering value-creating financial solutions.
• Strengthen collaboration across internal teams including Coverage, Product, Trade, and Operations.

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in banking, preferably in transactional or corporate banking.
• Strong knowledge of Transactional Banking products and services.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed product and sales execution targets.

Core Competencies

• Strong transactional or corporate banking experience.
• Proven track record in sales origination and client engagement.
• Deep knowledge of payments, reconciliation, and liquidity management solutions.
• Strong analytical, commercial, and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively engage and influence senior C-suite stakeholders.
• Client-centric mindset with a strong passion for delivering excellence.
