Job Description:

To develop and execute the Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) business unit strategy. The position is critical to translating and leading the executing the TTS strategy, which seeks to build relevant new payments, collections and trade propositions with a digital-first approach, by harnessing the use of various enabling technologies to materially transform client experience.

What You Will Lead

• TTS strategy and growth execution
• Full profit and loss (P&L) ownership
• C-suite client engagement and relationship management
• Product, platform, and digital innovation
• Client Service Unit and end-to-end client experience
• Risk, governance, and operating model optimisation
• Leadership of a high-performing team of specialists

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Postgraduate degree in Commerce or BSc
• CA, CFA, or MBA qualification (advantageous)
• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in banking, trade finance, treasury, or corporate banking
• At least 5 years’ senior leadership experience
• Strong commercial acumen with proven digital transformation capability
