Job Description:

To analyse and implement lending portfolio numbers, tracking operational efficiencies, productivity, TAT, service Level agreements, systems, platforms and process engineering and data management information for all lending products


Role Overview:

Designs and optimize business processes and workflows to improve efficiency, productivity and overall performance. Engaging stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, identify areas for improvement and develop To-Be processes, and implement data-driven solutions. The role involves the review and maintenance of SLAs, mapping current processes, evaluating their effectiveness, and recommending enhancements and/or automation strategies to support operational efficiency across Retail, including product houses and customer sub-segments.


Are you someone who can:

  • Ensure operational excellence through the delivery of work processes according to defined quality standards and business needs
  • Design and implement process solutions that address business challenges, improve efficiency, and support scalability
  • Ensure all documented processes comply with regulatory and governance requirements
  • Analyze complex processes and identify inefficiencies or gaps
  • Review, draft, and maintain SLAs annually to ensure alignment with service expectations and operational realities
  • Perform detailed end-to-end process mapping to identify opportunities for standardization, automation, and simplification
  • Collaborate with internal teams to automate manual processes, reducing risk and improving turnaround time
  • Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence decision-making
  • Ensure system documentation reflects both current and future (“To-Be”) process states
  • Promote and support continuous process improvement initiatives across the Retail network
  • Contribute to cost-efficiency and service delivery improvement through data-driven analysis
  • Align customer service solutions with the operational business plan and customer expectations
  • Foster a strong team dynamic and collaborative culture
  • Effectively manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines with attention to detail
  • Adapt to changing priorities and business needs
  • Participate in planned learning and development initiatives to enhance own skills and contribution

You will have access to:

  • Have a degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or Information Systems
  • Have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar environment
  • Demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a focus on execution
  • Have experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
