Job Description:

To provide the customers with excellent service by ensuring that they are served promptly, understanding their needs, processing their requests Apply appropriate sales processes within unit to achieve sales targets Converting leads to sales by opening active accounts to achieve annual targets


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive net profit growth through the sales, servicing, and optimisation of Fleet and Business Credit Card portfolios.
  • Deliver exceptional client service by providing proactive, suitable, and value-adding credit card solutions.
  • Manage and grow an existing client portfolio while generating new leads and expanding the active account base.
  • Increase card utilisation, additional cards, and limit enhancements to maximise portfolio value.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of Fleet and Business Credit Card products, pricing, controls, application processes, and turnaround times.
  • Identify and maximise cross-selling opportunities to strengthen overall business client relationships.
  • Proactively engage prospective clients, understand their operational needs, and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Provide efficient administration, including accurate reporting, pipeline management, and timely data updates.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, legislative, credit, and audit requirements.
  • Track and report sales and service activities, produce accurate sales statistics, and manage personal development to improve performance.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years’ relevant experience.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to influence client decisions through value-based selling.
  • Ability to translate technical product features into clear client benefits.
