About the Company

What will you do?

To provide excellent customer service as well as effective administrative support to the clients of Sanlam Namibia Unit Trust.

What will make you successful in this role?

• Processing of repurchases instructions daily on AWD System.
• Manual screening of repurchases instructions prior to processing.
• Static update of the client information/data that have changed.
• Capturing/processing of switches instructions daily.
• DRA tool high-risk rating changes.
• Data Governance - clean up of incorrect captured data.

Qualification and Experience

• Grade 12 certificate.
• Tertiary qualification will be an added advantage.
• Prior working experience in client service administration will be an added advantage.

Knowledge and Skills

• Customer Service.
• Administration.
• Quality, compliance, and accreditation.
• Team support.
• Absolute proficiency in English (verbal and written). An additional local Namibian language will be a competitive advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
