Job Description:

To develop and implement audit processes for conducting quality assurance of all deliverables to contribute to the implementation of a group compliance monitoring methodology in accordance with relevant regulations, applicable codes of conduct and within best business practice principles.

Are you someone who can:

• Conduct regular and ad-hoc compliance reviews across various departments to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare detailed review reports, highlighting areas of non-compliance and recommending corrective actions, and provide regular reports on delivery of services against agreed service level agreements and overall stakeholders’ targets.
• Maintain comprehensive records of compliance activities, reviews, and investigations.
• Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management and regulatory bodies as required.
• Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration, and innovation.
• Create solutions to meet stakeholders’ demands to deliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standards.
• Improve business decisions by providing accurate and reliable business intelligence (information), together with analyzing trends and data.

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

• Bachelor’s degree in law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certification in compliance (e.g., Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP), Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM)) is preferred.
• 3 – 5 Years experience in a similar environment, with 1 – 2 years at junior management level.
• Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
• High ethical standards and integrity.
