Job Description:

To perform duties on a temporary basis as allocated by the business unit

Are you someone who can:

• Manage end-to-end pricing proposals and onboarding processes.
• Drive campaign management from launch to completion.
• Track budgets, prepare reports, and implement sales gap-closing strategies.
• Analyze and develop implementation plans aligned with the forecasted financial budget.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and other key stakeholders.
• Coach frontline sales members on effective upselling techniques.
• Develop and implement practices that enhance service delivery excellence and efficiency.
• Maintain expert knowledge of relevant legislative amendments, industry best practices, and provide advice to stakeholders.
• Contribute to and implement corporate governance, compliance, integrity, and ethics policies to identify and manage risk exposure.
• Participate in management forums where required and cascade relevant information to team members.
• Identify opportunities for improving efficiency and reducing duplication.

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, or Marketing.
• Have 4 to 5 years of business development or management experience in a banking or sales environment.
• Possess experience in the retail sector with exposure to financial services (advantageous).
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Can work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Are proactive and adaptable to changing environments and technologies.
• Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.
