Job Description:

To provide the strategic direction to the Business through delivering sustainable business performance and revenue growth within the Oil and Gas Industry.

Are you someone who can:

• Provide the strategic direction to the Business through delivering sustainable business performance and revenue growth within the Oil and Gas Industry.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for growth in the oil and gas sector, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Drive revenue targets and market share growth by identifying new markets, customer segments, products and services
• Drive strategic relationships with relevant stakeholders to enable optimisation of the business value chain
• Develop relationships with key players in the oil and gas industry (government agencies, private firms, multinationals, etc.)
• Identify and pursue opportunities for lending, project financing, and advisory services

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

• Have a degree from a recognized Tertiary Institution in one or more of the following areas: Geology, Mining, Engineering or B.Com Business Management.
• Have a minimum of 10 years’ experience specializing in Business Development, preferably within the extractive resources industry.
