PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

The incumbent will be responsible for merchandising the full range of Namibia Dairies products in his specific area to ensure that products are always readily available. .


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Ensure that point of sale material is up to date, neat, clean, and prominent.
  • Check that displays are well exposed, neat, and maintained.
  • Maintain QDVP4 Plus standards daily.
  • Execute continuous stock rotation (FIFO) and keep ullages to an agreed minimum.
  • Ensure that ullages and quality claims are uplifted weekly.
  • Ensure ullages and quality claims are captured separately.
  • Assist the Sales Representative with ordering products from the client to the depot at scheduled times.
  • Ensure that PPE is worn at all times.
  • Be presentable by ensuring that the company uniform is worn at all times.
  • Provide friendly customer service when required.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:

  • Grade 12 certificate, 1 years’ experience in an FMCG environment.
