PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

Project Manager will be accountable for professional project management of existing / future projects, from inception to final handover stages, in all property development / construction related projects..

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Perform and review bank reconciliations.
• Monthly Broll trust account reconciliations.
• Complete and upload returns on ITAS.
• Monthly variance analysis for income & expenses.
• Processing of creditor and debtor invoices.
• Review of creditors reconciliations and payments.
• Monthly reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
• Monthly GL reconciliations.
• Loading of income and expense budgets on an annual basis.
• Assist in drafting of annual budgets.
• Custodian of the utilities process (processing, payment, reporting, and recoveries).
• Collaborate with external auditors and provide the necessary information.
• Attend property, trustee, and landlord meetings monthly as required.
• Prepare annual financial statements.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:

• Diploma / Degree in Construction, Engineering or related Degree.
• Project Management Qualification.
• Five years or more related experience, with proven track record.
• Construction process / industry knowledge.
• Knowledge of Health, Safety & Environmental statutory requirements.
• National Building Regulations & Standards and / or any other, statutory requirements i.e. Councils.
• Knowledge of contracts used in construction i.e. JBCC, FIDIC, White Form, etc.
