MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• A positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources or a related field
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in assessing client needs through Needs Analysis meetings with senior team members
• Assist in handing over information to Operations to ensure successful implementation and execution of services for clients
• Attend sales meetings, training sessions, networking events, and marketing activities as required
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients under the guidance of senior sales staff
• Collaborate with the Debtors team to assist in the collection of overdue accounts
• Compile and submit sales reports as required, adhering to deadlines
• Conduct research on target markets and identify new prospects and growth opportunities
• Ensure timely follow-up on all leads provided by the sales team
• Follow up on quotations and assist in handling client objections effectively
• Help in preparing costings, proposals, and presentations in collaboration with the Country Manager
• Participate in presenting proposals and presentations to clients, learning negotiation techniques
• Support the completion of all necessary sales administration documentation before service delivery
• Support the sales team to ensure prescribed targets are met
• Work to resolve client queries promptly, ensuring excellent customer service

Contract duration: 3 months
