Job Description:

To have sound knowledge of the business as well as its Cash and ATM/ADT Custodian processes and procedures and how they interface with the front end. The incumbent will be expected to be vigilant and drive zero tolerance with regards to differences and always ensure that a high standard of work is maintained

Are you someone who can:

• Deliver customer service through adherence to quality service standards
• Comply with relevant statutory, legislative, policy and governance requirements, and adhere to processes and procedures related to your area of specialisation
• Ensure operational excellence through the delivery of work processes according to defined quality standards
• Load, maintain, and replenish ATM/ADT devices, take full custodianship of multiple ATM/ADT units, and perform routine operations
• Reduce the PULA value of ATM/ADT differences (absolute net shortages plus net surplus as reflected on the General Ledger)
• Achieve Balanced Scorecard Profit results for Self Service Devices as per Business Scorecard Objectives
• Ensure cost controls are within budget requirements (e.g. cellphone bills, tool of trade vehicle usage, and overtime management)
• Deliver exceptional customer service by providing first-line and after-hours support on a 7-day standby schedule according to SLA requirements
• Maintain Self Service Devices availability with a benchmark of 98% uptime as measured by ATM/ADT reports

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

• Have 1 to 3 years’ experience in a similar environment
