A full line pharmaceutical wholesaler/distributor of medicines, surgical, clinical and consumer products in Namibia has a vacancy for a warehouse Phamarcist

Overview:

The incumbent will be responsible for providing tasks in the warehouse with specific focus and responsibility regarding requirements for storage areas, returns of medicinal products, pharmacovigilance and the receiving, storage and dispatch of schedule 4 medicine.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy and/or related experience.
• Registered as Pharmacist with HPCNA.
• Excellent writing skills, especially for writing procedures.
• Excellent Language skills in English & amp; Afrikaans.
• To communicate with subordinates,fellow employees and superiors.
• Leadership skills to be able to motivate and lead fellow employees, strategic thinking and time management.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with subordinates, fellow employees, and superiors.
• Applicants must be in good physical and mental condition.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive, pack, and dispatch Schedule 4 medicines per procedures.
• Submit quarterly export reports to NMRC.
• Conduct quality inspections of cold chain returns.
• Monitor and report on storage area temperature conditions.
• Support Telesales and order processing as needed.
• Manage authorized stock destruction.
• Ensure Good Distribution Practice (GDP) compliance and training.
• Assist in warehouse inspections and staff training.
